Spotlight 9: Success

Here we are — back again. Trying. Failing. Trying harder. Failing again.

You probably know the story by now.

Hopefully, it won’t stay this way for long — but maybe this is just part of my journey.

It’s hard, because we only ever see the big names — the people who’ve already made it.

All we see is their success.

And that can be discouraging for those of us still trying to make a difference.

It creates this illusion that success comes easy.

Maybe that’s not entirely bad — maybe it weeds out the ones who don’t really want it.

But what you don’t hear about is how lonely the process can be.

You’re the only one who sees the dream.

And the only one who can bring it to life.

We’re hoping that within the next week or so, all our episodes will be republished in a new format — one that shines a brighter light on these stories and helps the audience feel more connected.
