Luna is a transgender woman, mother, musician, and poet whose journey is defined by courage, resilience, and unwavering authenticity. After losing family, friends, and stability when she came out, Luna found strength in embracing her true self and using her voice to uplift others. Through music, poetry, and storytelling, she transforms struggle into purpose — reminding us that living authentically, even in the face of fear and loss, is the bravest act of all.

Ava June is a joyful, determined, and loving 14-month-old whose life has already inspired countless people. Born with Down syndrome and a congenital heart defect, Ava has faced early challenges with courage and resilience, guided by her parents’ unwavering love and advocacy. Through her mom Kristen’s heartfelt social media posts, Ava’s journey showcases the beauty, determination, and happiness that children with Down syndrome bring into the world. As an ambulatory wheelchair user, she shares the realities of daily life with honesty, humor, and resilience, while challenging misconceptions about ability. CJ is a resilient storyteller, content creator, and advocate who shares life from a wheelchair with raw honesty, humor, and heart.
